There is the inner life, which is the world of final reality, the world of memory, emotion, imagination, intelligence, and natural common sense, and which goes on all the time like the heartbeat. Thinking is the most important tool we have at our disposal. It is something that we must learn to master if we want to be successful in life. Our minds are constantly working away trying to process all of the information that is thrown at us. It is our job as humans, to fight back and capture the answers out of the thought process.

If we do not fight back, our minds will fill with things that are unimportant, unhelpful and simply irrelevant to what needs to be done. The mind has a way of making us believe something whether it makes any logical sense or not. And, if the mind persists to make us believe a thing even though it has been proven wrong, then we have a real problem on our hands.
